Unfortunately, app developers cannot manage users' subscriptions or issue refunds as this process is controlled by iTunes. You can cancel the app subscription or choose a different subscription offering in your Account Settings.
How to cancel a subscription
- Tap 'Open Subscription Settings' button
- Find the app and tap on it
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button
If you don't have 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Cancel Trial' button on the app subscription screen, then your App Store subscription will not be automatically renewed once over.
App subscriptions will automatically be renewed if they are not canceled more than 24 hours before renewal date. Deleting the app will not automatically stop your subscription.

- Start 'Settings' app on your Home Screen:
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap 'View Apple ID' button:
- Scroll the screen down and tap 'Subscriptions' button:
- Find the app and tap on it.
- Tap 'Cancel Subscription' button at the bottom (or 'Cancel Trial' button if trial subscription was started) and then tap 'Confirm' button:

Canceling a subscription on Mac or PC
- Open iTunes.
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account:
- Sign in with your Apple ID, then click View Account.
- On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section. To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
- To the right of the subscription that you want to manage, click Edit.
- Click Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. You can also choose a different subscription offering. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle:
How to request a refund
- Open 'Report a Problem' page in your web browser: http://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Log in with your Apple ID username and password:
- Select 'Report' next to the purchase you want a refund for:
- Click on 'Choose Problem' and select the reason for the problem (e.g., 'I didn't mean to purchase this item' if you did not want to purchase the app or subscription).
- Fill additional information and press 'Submit' button.
